WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you purchase access to The Creative Build workspace, we collect your name and email address. When you join our waitlist, we collect your first name and email address.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, billing address, and transaction information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

When you use The Creative Build workspace, we store the content you enter in your workspace, including your responses to the seven tools, your planning items, your advisor connections, and your diagnostic results. This content is necessary to provide the service.

We use Supabase to store your account and workspace data securely. We use Resend to send transactional emails such as account setup links.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your name and email address to create and manage your account, send you transactional emails related to your account, and communicate with you about The Creative Build. We use your workspace content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (EEA AND UK USERS)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases. We process your name and email address and workspace content on the basis of performance of a contract, as this information is necessary to provide the service you purchased. We process your email address for transactional communications on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically to ensure you can access your account and receive information relevant to your purchase.

DATA PROCESSORS

We use the following third-party services to operate The Creative Build. Each processes your data only as necessary to provide their service.

Supabase (Supabase Inc.) stores your account and workspace data on servers located in the United States. Resend (Resend Inc.) delivers transactional emails. Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) processes payments as our merchant of record and handles associated billing data under their own privacy policy.

Each of these providers operates under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for international data transfers from the EEA and UK to the United States.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Creative Build uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not currently use third-party analytics tracking.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information and workspace data within 30 days.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@thecreativebuild.com.

YOUR RIGHTS (EEA AND UK USERS)

In addition to the rights described above, if you are located in the EEA or UK you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law. In the EU, supervisory authorities are listed at edpb.europa.eu. In the UK, the relevant authority is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Creative Build is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of The Creative Build after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
